Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With a minimum of 6 months of employment in Bhaikaka University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are suffering from any neurological and psychological disorders.Any post-operative conditions less than six months.Already in a structured Physical therapy programme
