Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender athletes Age ranging between 18 to 25 years Athletes who have played at least at the collegiate level Willing to participate Players with a history of ankle injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Athletes with a recent lower limb injury, fracture, or surgery within the past six months. 2.Individuals with any neurological disorders affecting balance, coordination, or muscle control e.g., vestibular dysfunction, neuropathy 3.Athletes with musculoskeletal deformities or conditions such as ligament tears, severe flat feet, or chronic ankle instability. 4. Participants with a history of cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic disorders that may limit exercise performance
