Exclusion criteria: Patient with any grievous systemic illness Malignancy Genetic disorder Hepatitis B or C HIV Patient below 16 year and above 60 year Hiatus hernia H Pylori Narrowing of oesophagus Esophagial stenosis Esophageal varices Barrets oesophagus Gastric and Peptic ulcer Upper GI Bleeding Patient with severe CVD Pulmonary disease Liver disease kidney disease Pregnant and lactating women Drug induced cause of GERD like aspirin NSAID History of Alcohol Drug abuse Gastroscopy contraindication or refusing Endoscopy
