Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical Criteria. Willing to provide written informed consent HB =7-10 gm /dl. MCV= 80-100

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 severe anemia Hb less than 7 2 Patient with known chronic illness like CKD TB cancer diabetic patient. 3 Pregnancy & lactation 4 Known allergy to any ingredients in Narasimh Churna & Navayasa Churna 5 Any H/O Hemorrhagic disorder 6 Acute life-threatening condition 7 Other than iron deficiency anemia
