Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Above 18 years age group, people will be included. Workers with more than 2 years of experience among the workers in hot working environments. Agrees to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers above 60 years of age will be excluded. Workers with pre-existing illnesses of any medical condition. Known pregnancy or major physical limitations that could prevent yoga participation Physical disability
