Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age 20-50 yrs of both genders presents with complaints of haemorrhoid (1 and 2 degree) I.e. 1) Bleeding per rectum 2) No prolapse or Prolapse during defecation, reduces on its own 3) Discharge and pruritus 4) Pain 5) Long term constipation or other digestive problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from CA rectum,DM,HTN, hepatitis B,HIV,active anorectal infections(abscess,fistula-in-ano, severe proctitis), fissure-in-ano, bleeding disorders,Crohn s disease,IBS, Ulcerative Colitis,Cardiac disorders, External haemorrhoids,3,4 degree internal haemorrhoids,pregnancy with piles.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) To assess the reduction in cardinal symptoms of internal haemorrhoids (pain,bleeding, prolapse, itching, discharge). 2) To compare the effectiveness of Kadali Kshar and Palash Kshar in shrinking haemorrhoidal mass.Timepoint: 20 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To assess the safety profile of both Kshar preparations in terms of local & systemic adverse effects. 2) To study the impact of treatment on patients quality of life (relief in discomfort & daily activity) . 3) To compare the duration of wound healing & post-procedure recovery. 4) To analyze patient acceptability & satisfaction with each therapy.Timepoint: 20 days
