Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Office worker with neck pain Working experience of more than 5 years Willing to participate No prior neck rehabilitation in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine injury or surgery Neurological or vestibular disorders Any systemic illness or inflammatory condition Currently undergoing physiotherapy for neck pain
