Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged 18 to 35 yrs. Adults with nonspecific neck pain since at least one week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery and fracture of clavicle, humerus, scapula in the last 1 year. Individuals with musculoskeletal pain around the shoulder. Individuals with cervical spondylosis. Patients with neurological disorders. Scoliosis Migraines and tension headaches. Allergy with moisturizer.
