Intervention1: Proprioceptive neuromuscular Facilitation: Patients in this group will receive Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation with hot pack for 3 days in a week for 4 weeks. Intervention2: P

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic non-specific neck pain for more than 3 months Age group between 18 to 30 years Both males and females will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck pain due to any specific pathological cause Recent fractures around the cervical region Any previous surgeries related to cervical region Presence of open wound on the cervical region Patients with any neurological deficit Patients diagnosed with any condition leading to progressive loss of strength Patients diagnosed with migraine and any other headaches Patients diagnosed with epilepsy Patients with the history of whiplash injury
