Inclusion criteria: Weighing 45-80 kg Undergoing major abdominal surgery lasting more than 5h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-consent History of seizures Hypothyroidism Respiratory dysfunction Hepatorenal dysfunction
