Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals presenting with mild to moderate anxiety as assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Rating Score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are known case of other psychiatric illness or clinical depression, individuals with thyroid dysfunction, uncontrolled systemic hypertension, Diabetis mellitus or Dyslipidemia Individuals with known allergies to milk products or honey and pregnant and lactating women.
