Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in the study must be between 18 and 26 years old, and can be male or female. Eligible subjects must be university students who play table tennis and have no injuries or known health problems at the time of participation. In addition, individuals must have at least one year of regular table tennis playing experience to be eligible for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study s exclusion criteria include that eligible participants must not have had any recent surgery within the last six months. In addition, people with cardiovascular, orthopaedic, or neuromuscular diseases are disqualified. Participants who are currently undergoing another treatment or using supplements are also excluded from the trial.
