Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with classical sign and symptoms of Parikartika. 2.Subjects will be selected in the age group between 21-60 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subject suffering with any associated with ano rectal diseases like fistula in ano, polyps or piles 2. Subject with known case of Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis and other systemic diseases pertaning to rectum and anal canal 3. known case of diabetes and diagnosed HIV,HBsAg,HCV
