Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient using digital devices for at least 3 hours each day. Patient selection will be irrespective of sex , religion and economic status . Patient fit for Naysa therapy. Nasya Yogya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below age of 18 years and above 60 years. Recognized disease that may cause pain in the neck or upper limb, or any neurological problem. History of Cervical vertebra fracture , dislocation and injury. Patient having any chronic disease . Known case of congenital anomalies of spine . Nasya anarha.
