Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinical features of Amavata as described in Madhav Nidan. 2.Patients between the age group of 20 to 60 years. 3.Patients fulfilling the 2020 ACR EULAR criteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Patients having severely damaged joint and with bed ridden patients. 2.Patients having any type of Arthropathy such as neoplasm of spine, Gout, Ankylosing spondylitis, Traumatic arthritis and pyogenic osteomyelitis and any other type of arthritis. 3.Patients having associated Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, malignant hypertension, Impairment of Liver functions, Impairment of Renal functions, malignancy, HIV-AIDS etc. 4. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 5. Patients who develop secondary complication of RA e.g. Pleuro-pericardial diseases 6. Contraindicated for Both therapy.
