Interventions

Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Block.: Ultrasound guided Pectoserratus plane block will be performed with 15ml 0.5% Bupivacaine + 15ml 2% Lignocaine. Control Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Block.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient given written and informed consent. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I-II of either sex. 3.Age group of 18-60 years old. 4.BMI 18.5 kg/m2 to 30 kg/m2. 5.Patients undergoing all breast surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy. 2.Local site infections. 3.Spinal or chest wall deformity. 4.History of allergy to the drugs used. 5.Pregnant or Breast feeding.
