Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group 18-25 years. Subjects with both genders, male and female. Subjects who are willing to participate and cooperate in the study. Subjects with complained of neck discomfort and stiffness. Subjects with tightness and trigger points of upper Trapezius muscle. Subjects with pain less than 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any inflammatory disorder or infection in cervical area. Subject with any recent fracture of cervical spine. Subjects with history of neck surgery during last 12 months. Subjects with any defective skin condition over neck area like psoriasis, eczema. Subjects with any metal implant in cervical region and upper limb. Subjects with any neurological disorders like motor neuron disease (epilepsy), altered sensations. Subjects with cervical radiculopathy. Pregnancy Malignancy
