Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Classical features of janusandhigatavata 2.Patient fit for basti 3.Patients willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other Systemic Disorders which interfere with the course of treatment like obesity,BMI greater than 34.9 kg per meter squre. 2.Patient suffering with other chronic infectious and chronic autoimmune disorders. 3.Patients having history of knee trauma. 4.Pregnant women and lactating mother. 5.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and HTN. 6.Patients with grade 4 of X-ray.
