Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All diagnosed cases of abhyantara arsha Grade1 and Grade2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 70 years will not be selected for study Arsha associated with one or more of the following Conditions tuberculosis uncontrolled diabetes Mellitus malignancy vulneral disease AIDS and Hepatitis B crohns disease portal hypertension

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1-Effectiveness of Jimutaka lepa shall be evaluated according to sign & symptoms. 2-Effectiveness of Calcium Dobesilate ointment shall be evaluated according to sign & symptoms.Timepoint: 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of sign & symptoms after every follow up will be done.Timepoint: 2ndday, 7thday, 14thday
