Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of the age group 5 years to 15 years of either sex suffering from kacchu. 2) The children having uncomplicated kacchu w.s.r to scabies only. 3) parents willing for clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)The child suffering from any chronic skin diseases, immuno suppressed systemic disorders 2)Patients below 5 years & above 15 years. 3) Norwegian and complicated scabies.

To compare the clinical effectiveness of Vasapatradi Lotion and Benzyl Benzoate Lotion in the treatment of Kacchu, w.s.r. to Scabies, in children aged 5 years to 15 years by using the 12-Item Pruritus Severity Scale.Timepoint: At the end of 21 days.

1.To evaluate the Samprapti Vighatana of Kacchu Roga, w.s.r. to Scabies, in children by the use of Vasapatradi Lotion. 2.To study Kacchu Roga & Scabies from the Ayurvedic & modern perspectives.Timepoint: At the end of 21 days.
