Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates of gestational age more than 28 weeks to 42 weeks of gestation with estimated fetal weight less than 10th percentile for gestation by ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates born to mothers with hemodynamic instability, placenta previa/abruptio placentae Multi fetal gestation Major congenital malformation Fetal hydrops Requiring resuscitation at birth Maternal isoimmunization
