Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 50 years 2. Diagnosed with acute/chronic fissure-in-ano 3. Consent to participate 4. irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Carcinogenic and High anal Fistula with other complication, 2. TB, HIV, Thrombosed external piles, or anal abscess 3. Uncontrolled diabetes 4. Patients below 17 years and above 50 years were excluded from the study 5. Patients suffering from malignancy of any organ or ano - rectum were excluded. 6. Any sever systemic disorder

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of the study will be the complete healing of the anal fissure, as assessed by clinical inspection of the fissure site. Healing will be defined as complete epithelialization of the fissure with absence of ulcer on local examination.Timepoint: From 0th day,5th day,10th day,15th day and 20th day for 20 days.
