Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years. Patient having sign and symptoms of Karnashool. Unilateral or Bilateral diffuse otitis externa without wax. AOM without pus discharge Ear pain due to cold and allergies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic otitis media or structural ear abnormalities. Ruptured eardrum or mastoiditis cases. H/O-Ear surgeries within the past 3 months. Ongoing treatment with other remedies for otalgia. Congenital anomalies of the ear.
