Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women 40 to 60 years of age 2. Subjects with history of amenorrhea for more than or equal to 1 year or with menopausal transition early and late transition 3. Subjects who will meet the ACR American College Of Rheumatology criteria for the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis 4. Subjects with one or more menopausal symptoms as assessed by the Menopause Rating Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with known history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension cardiovascular disease and malignancies 2. Subjects with pain score more than 6 as per Numerical Pain Rating Scale NPRS 3. Subjects with grade four knee OA as per Kellgren Lawrence grading scale 4. Subjects with known case of rheumatoid arthritis 5. Subjects with history of HRT within the past two months
