Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender athletes included Age ranging between 18 to 30 Athletes experiencing self-reported or clinically measurable stress Cut off score minimum 10 as per APSQ scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Skin Infections Allergies or sensitivities to pool chemicals (e.g., chlorine) Diagnosed case of psychiatric disorders requiring ongoing medication or hospitalization. Diagnosed case of cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions
