Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. post operative cases of unilateral or bilateral cleft lip repair (primary cheiloplasty) or revision cheiloplasty 2.Patients only in the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I or II category to be included. 3. Non syndromic cleft lip patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients only in the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) III or IV category to be included. 2. syndromic cleft lip patients
