Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must exhibit clinical signs of forward head posture as assessed through visual inspection or our standarised measurement tool (CVA Angle) through Kinovea software Age group between 18-25 years Both males and females will be included Occupation related risk (like desk worker,students)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants being older than 25 years Past history of trauma or injury of head, neck, spine Participants who had undergone any past surgery of head, neck, pine from last 6 months Participants having other postural deformities like scoliosis, kyphosis etc. Participants with cognitive impairment Participants who are using any posture correcting devices like neck braces, posture correctors Participants with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders Participants who have undergone any previous treatment for forward head posture within past 6 months Participants who are engaged in any other exercise program Uncooperative patients and patients not willing to participate in the study
