Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 10 years Clinically diagnosed adenoid hypertrophy, with symptoms like snoring, mouth breathing, nasal obstruction. Radiologically confirmed adenoidal nasopharyngeal ratio is more than 0.5 Parents willing to opt for nonsurgical homeopathic management Informed consent obtained from guardians or legally authorized representative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases needing emergency adenoidectomy or with severe obstructive sleep apnea complications i.e. adenoidal nasopharyngeal ratio more than 0.75 Structural deformities e.g., DNS, cleft palate, nasal polyps Immunodeficiencies or chronic systemic diseases Children with psychiatric and behavioral issues. Refusal to participate or noncompliance with treatment or follow up Concurrent treatment from other medical systems targeting adenoid hypertrophy Previous history of adenoidectomy
