Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient below 30 years. 2)Diagnosed with nasal adenoid based on clinical symptom and radiological evidances 3)No prior surgery for adenoids 4)Parental or guardian concent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with recurrent or chronic ENT infections requiring immediate surgical intervention 2)Immunocompromised children or those with other systemic illnesses. 3)Children undergoing allopathic treatments.

Reduction in the severity of nasal adenoid symptoms, assessed using a validated symptom score scale (including nasal obstruction, mouth breathing, snoring, sleep disturbance, and recurrent infections)Timepoint: Assessed at Baseline (Day 0), 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months (End of Study)

MeasureTime frame
Evaluated by comparing lateral nasopharyngeal X-rays before & after treatment. Measurement of Adenoid-Nasopharyngeal (A/N) ratio or visual grading of adenoid size.Timepoint: Radiological assessment will be done at Baseline(day 0) & at 3 months (End of Study).
