Intervention1: Inj Milrinone and Inj Sildenafil: Inj Milrinone 50 mcg/kg IV loading dose over 1 hour followed by 0.5 mcg/kg/min (0.33-0.75 mcg/kg/min) AND Inj Sildenafil 0.4 mg/kg IV loading over 3

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All term neonates (less than 10 days old) with PPHN diagnosed by Clinical and echocardiography indicated for treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomalies ,Congenital heart disease,Congenital Diaphragmatic hernia,Imminent Death in 24 hrs,Parents who refuse to give consent
