Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Medically stable patients of either gender aged between 30 and 65 years will be included in the study. Participants should have a confirmed diagnosis of stroke involving the middle cerebral artery and should be in the sub-acute stage, with a duration of stroke ranging from 1 month to 6 months. Only patients diagnosed with hemiplegic shoulder pain of more than one month duration will be recruited. Pain intensity should not exceed 7 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Pain should be reproducible and affected by shoulder movement as well as manual palpation of the affected shoulder, and repositioning of the shoulder joint should provide partial relief of pain. Participants must be able to understand instructions and communicate effectively to ensure proper assessment and cooperation during the intervention and outcome measurements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient should not have history of serious conditions like fracture of the affected shoulder or any surgeries on the affected limb. They should not have any sever skin allergy, open wound and other skin conditions. also not be suffering from any muscular structure and systemic disease.
