Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Peer Supervisors: 1. Willing to provide informed consent 2. At least 6 months of work experience Service Users: 1. Willing to provide informed consent 2. At least 2 weeks of training Staff of Vocational Training Centre: 1. Willing to provide informed consent 2. At least 6 months of work experience Caregivers of Peer Supervisors: 1. Willing to provide informed consent 2. Living for at least 6 months during his/her supervisory role
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Peer Supervisors: 1. Acutely unwell at the time of interview 2. Cannot comprehend English and Tamil Service Users: 1. Acutely unwell at the time of interview 2. Cannot comprehend English and Tamil Staff of Vocational Training Centre: 1. Professionals not directly involved 2. Cannot comprehend English and Tamil Caregivers of Peer Supervisors: 1. Physical health concerns at the time of interview 2. Cannot comprehend English and Tamil
