Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-50 years of age both males and females non-specific LBP from last 6-12 weeks no radiating leg pain disability score of 19% or greater as evident from the MODQ VAS score 3-7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having neuromuscular disorders. Patients having spine and other joint deformity Recent lower extremity injuries within 6 months Patients having brain injury Pregnant females BMI greater than 30 Conditions that affect balance (drug,alcohol consumption, visual and vestibular conditions Compromised exercise performance (hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus)
