Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having age between 18 and 65 years irrespective of sex were included in this study 2 Patients with symptoms namely pain in plantar aspect of heel pain on keeping the first step in the morning with or without local swelling stiffness and tenderness 3. Patients willing to be registered for study with written consent. Patients of either sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 years and above 65 years. Patients with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint Calcaneal stress fracture Patient with RA Gout, Neoplastic condition, patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes uncontrolled hypertension Patient with improper circulation to lower extremities such as DVT vasculitis Subjects with referred pain due to sciatica and other neurological disorders. Corticosteroid injections in the heel preceding 3 months
