Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 20 to 50 years , irrespective of gender , occupation or economic status . Patient of well defined sign and symtoms of pakwashayagataa vata . Patient Yogya for Nabhi Basti Patient willing for trial and giving written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below age of 20 to above 50 years. Ayogya for Nabhi Basti 3.Patients with other severe systemic disorders like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus ,cardiac disorders,renal disorders. Emergency abdominal pathologies like appendicitis,ulcerative colitis,chron s disease.etc.
