Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 1 and 2 and patients undergoing thoracolumbar spinal surgery with GCS of 15
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with concurrent cardiac disease, renal dysfunction, history of epilepsy, and hypersesitivity to theophylline or ethylenediamine
