Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 University students aged 18-25 years 2 Students who regularly use a smartphone 3 Students who use smartphone for minimum one hour per day 4 Both male and female 5 SAS-SV score for male participants to be above 31 6 SAS-SV score for female participants to be above 33

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 history of recent thumb, hand injury 2 any previous thumb surgery in the past 6 months
