Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 60 years Patients of either gender Presence of minimally displaced maxillofacial fractures requiring maxillomandibular fixation Adequate dentition to support interdental placement of embrasure screws Patients who provided written informed consent and were willing to comply with follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Medically compromised or uncooperative patients Patients with a history of epilepsy or severe anxiety disorders Partially or completely edentulous patients Presence of fixed prosthesis or orthodontic appliances in the oral cavity Severely periodontally compromised teeth Teeth with excessively wide embrasure spaces Severely displaced fractures or dentoalveolar fractures
