Inclusion criteria: BMI category frequency of using elevator 8-10 times a day Romberg positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of neurological disease recent lower limb or spine injury current use of medication that affect balance cardiovascular daisies pregnancy use of alcohol vertigo
