This study is based on traditional Ayurvedic treatments Agnikarma therapy (a specialized heat-based procedure) and Udumbaradi oil application (a medicated oil treatment) for managing Karnini Yonivyapada, a condition described in Ayurveda that is comparable to cervical erosion in modern medicine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women: Age between 23 to 45 years. 2. Patients present with the sign and symptoms of cervical erosion like-Yoni srava (persistent leucorrhea), yonishoola, yonikandu, Katishoola ,contact bleeding, lower abdominal pain. 3. Hb more than 10gm per dl. 4. PAP Smear grading 1 and 2. 5. Erosion covering more than 25 percent area of cervix. 6.Patients willing to participate the trial. 7. Clinical parameters: Patients present with the sign and symptoms of karnini yonivyapada (cervical erosion) on per speculum examination, irrespective of symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unmarried women. 2. Pregnant women, lactating women. 3. Patient with IUCD insertion or on OCP. 4. Other systemic disorders like hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis. 5. Any Malignant pathology of reproductive tract. 6. PAP Smear grading 3 and 4.

1)To study the detailed etiopathogenesis, prevalence & complications of karnini Yonivyapada (Cervical Erosion). 2)To assess the effect of Agnikarma in Karnini Yonivyapad. 3)To assess the effect of Udumbaradi taila yonipichu in Karnini Yonivyapada. 4)To compare the subjective and objective parameters before and after the trial. 5)To note the side effect of Agnikarma and Udumbaradi taila yonipichu, if any. 6)To study the recurrence rate during and after the trial. Timepoint: Single sitting & after that Udumbardi taila pichu will be applied per vagina once a day for 7 days.	—
