Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged between 18 to 45 years Patients with symptoms of Iron Deficiency Anaemia that is fatigue general weakness and loss of appetite Patients with mild to moderate Anaemia that is Hemoglobin range of 8 to 11.9 g per dl Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Patients with Hb percentage less than 8 mg per dl Patients with complaints of abnormal blood loss like menorrhagia and bleeding piles Patients with history of systemic illness like diabetes and hypertension Patients with known history of malignancies
