Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of regular menstrual cycle with complaints of cramping pain in lower abdomen during menstruation or before menstruation for at least 2 consecutive cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently lactating. 2. History of systemic illness. 3. Patient with polymenorrhea or oligomenorrhea. 4. Diagnosed with secondary dysmenorrhea (e.g.PCOS , endometriosis,adenomyosis ,fibroids,pelvic inflammatory disease ) 5. Malignancy

1.To study and prepare the pharmaceutical formulation of Shoolprashaman Gummy. 2. To analyze organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of Shoolprashaman Gummy. 3. To clinically evaluate and compare the effect of Shoolprashaman Gummy and Mefenamic Acid in Udavartini Yonivyapad with special reference to Primary Dysmenorrhea.Timepoint: Follow up will be On 6th day of LMP (telephonic) and One week before next expected menses upto 3 cycles.
