Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between age group 19-35 years. Subjects with forward head posture with Craniovertebral angle (CVA) between 48-50 degrees. Both men and women will be taken. Subjects with neck pain. Subjects who will give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with recent history of neck fracture Subject with malignancy Subject with any cervical surgery one year ago Subjects with any pre diagnosed spinal infections like spinal tuberculosis, vertebral osteomyelitis, etc Subjects with impaired sensations and skin conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, etc Subjects with congenital anomalies of neck and shoulder like torticollis, klippel- Feil syndrome Subjects with neurological symptoms like motor neuron lesion Subjects with radiating Neck pain

To evaluate the effect of Pilates exercises on pain in individuals with Forward Head Posture (FHP). To evaluate the effect of Pilates exercises on functional lung capacity among patients with Forward Head Posture. To evaluate the effect of Pilates exercises on functional disability in patients presenting with Forward Head Posture. To evaluate the effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises on pain in individuals with Forward Head Posture. Timepoint: 4 Weeks
