Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of bicipital tendonitis Age between 18 60 years Both genders Pain at resisted shoulder flexion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of last 6 month of any anticoagulant therapy Any surgical history in last 6 months on shoulder and elbow History of degenerative changes and fracture of shoulder and elbow History of any radiating pain around the shoulder joint and elbow Any musculoskeletal injury that limits the application of MFR and DTF Corticosteroid injection in the preceding 3 months
