Intervention1: Densah: Densah burs are specially designed rotary instruments used in a slow-speed, counterclockwise (osseodensification) mode to prepare the osteotomy site while preserving and compact

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients giving informed consent will be included in the study. 2. Posterior missing teeth and tooth . 3. Patient with no history of sinus surgery. 4. Patient with minimal height of 6mm in edentulous area. 5. All types of bone density based on CBCT. 6. Patients who accepted to come for follow up .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing and with history of radiotheraphy. 2. Medically compromised patients. 3. Patient on long term steroid therapy 4. Heavy smokers. 5. Restricted mouth opening .
