Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irrespective of sex, race and religion Systole Blood Pressure within 140-159 mm of Hg Diastolic Blood Pressure within 90 to 99 mm Hg Participants are not taking any hypertensive anti lipidemic medication for 3 months prior to enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac failure, congenital heart diseases, renal failure Prehypertensive with uncontrolled diabetes Abuse of alcohol and drugs Pregnant mother
