Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All inborn neonates admitted in NICU warranting antibiotics for the suspected sepsis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Syndromic infants or infants with malformations ii. Inability to collect blood culture before starting antibiotics iii. Infants with suspected bone and joint infections iv. Infants with surgical conditions warranting surgery
