Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Patients aged between 18 to 60 years, of either gender. ii. Presence of post-traumatic and post-surgical scars. iii. Wound in the remodeling phase. iv. Scars should be flat, superficial or slightly elevated, non-infected, and non-keloidal. v. The size of the scar should be leeser than oe equal to 5 cm in length and leeser than or equal to 5 cm in width. vi. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide informed written consent. vii. Patients available for regular follow-up during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients aged less than 18 years and more than 60 years, irrespective of the gender. ii. Wound in the stages of haemostasis, inflammation, and proliferation. iii. Patients with keloids or genetical predisposition of keloids. iv. Scars associated with infection, discharge, or ulceration. v. Scars larger than 5 cm in length or greater than 5 cm in width. vi. Known hypersensitivity to Manjishta and MINISCAR cream. vii. Patients with chronic dermatological conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo) affecting the scar site. viii. Patients with systemic illness, autoimmune diseases, immunocompromised state or on long-term steroids or immunosuppressants.
