Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years. 2. Patient scheduled for Elective Mastoidectomy Under General Anesthesia. 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II. 4. Patient giving written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hypersensitivity to the drugs being studied. 2. Patient with Congestive Heart Failure, Conduction Block, Cardiac Arrythmia, Coagulation Disorders, Pregnancy, Asthma, COPD and Neurological conditions. 3. Patient with anticipated difficult intubation.
