Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group 25- 50 (both male & female) 2) Subject diagnosed with already available magnetic resonance imaging findings of Intervertebral disc prolapse (IVDP) 3) Chronic radicular low back pain more than 3 month) 4) Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Score between 1 and 6 5) Straight leg raise (SLR) Test Positive 6) Sensory symptoms related to nerve root compression 7) The centralization phenomenon determined by using active movement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Active & Chronic infection 2) Any history related to diagnosed case of Metabolic disease of spine Malignancy Lumber canal stenosis Piriformis syndrome 3) Previous history of Vertebral fracture Spinal surgery Cauda equina syndrome 4) Pregnancy 5) Uncooperative patients 6) Spondylolisthesis 7) Signs related to Sacroiliitis
